There will be three age groups: infants to 5yrs., 6 yrs. to 11 yrs., and 12 yrs to adult. There will be three winners in each group Scarriest,Funniest, and Most Creative. Trick or treat bags will be given out from 6pm to 7pm. The Lebanon Fire Dept., Lebanon Rescue, and American Legion will be present to help out and greet the Trick or Treaters.
