Video and Audio of Selectmen and Budget Committee meetings are archived on the OurVoice website and are available as direct downloads. Simply go to any of the particular meeting articles posted and use the links provided. You can use the search on the main page to locate a particular meeting or event.
I am going to also try Veoh as an off site host for the the video as well.
The Veoh site allows for downloading, linking and embedding the video in several formats so if you prefer to download or share the video you will have many more options than i can presently offer locally here. The Veoh site also makes access to the video more open by supporting more varied types of systems and viewers. The point is to provide backup copies of the video and provide as much access to the material as possible
To view the full length video on Veoh a small client is required to be installed but the service seems robust enough. The client also improves the quality of the video. I created a Lebanon channel and will publish all the recorded meetings here http://www.veoh.com/channels/selectmeetings. This will make them easy to locate by placing them all in one place.
The small Veoh client that is installed also allows for the video that you see here on ourvoice in the article to play in it’s entirety.
The Veoh site does place adds onto the video. I have no control over the content of the ads and overall website appears family friendly, where other sites had banners and ads that would be considered somewhat vulger.
