This is the first evening meeting of the Selectmen since 1/5/10. Meeting lasted roughly 7 1/2 minutes.
Meeting Highlights:
Attending Selectmen Chair Bob Frizzell, Selectmen Ronal Patch, Selectmen Secretary Sue Collins, Town Clerk Laura Bragg
Selectmen Cole is on vacation..
- Meeting Opened at about 6:35pm.
- Minutes from the last several meetings were accepted.
- Paperwork for Election Clerks was submitted for signature, Mr Patch would not sign until tomorrow.
- A Red Cross Proclamation was read, making March Red Cross month.
- The Public Hearing has been set for May, 17, 2010 7pm at the Lebanon Elementary School. This hearing will be to review the items that will be on the on the June 8, 2010 ballot.
- Meeting adjourned about 6:43pm.
