Being a troublemaker , rebel and whatever else we were called we tried to better our town as you are now doing . Isn't it ironic how some issues keep returning to show its ugly head ? Department heads turning in timeslips unchecked yet paid . Department heads overcharging for equipment used . Department heads overbilling for work done . Sub par work by contractors . Is this what happens when we (the taxpayer) become complacent with our town ? Do we have to look over their shoulder with everything they do ? Some apparently we do . Residents need to get involved and stay involved if we are to better our town . Higher taxes didn't bother enough people to get out and vote yet these same people are the ones that complain the most .Thanks again for being our eyes and ears .
