It is still a bit early but details are coming together on free clinic visits for older residents.
According to selectmen Churchard the free clinic will likely be held at the Town Hall and will include basic screening and health services. The expenses for the clinic are being serviced by a fund left to the town for the purpose. The clinics will likely be held every other month and if demand and need warrants could even be expanded to monthly. The fund also includes assistance with eye glasses.
This will be a valuable resource for residents and can start as early as May 2009. As more details are available they will be published or you can contact the town hall directly.
