Although one has to wonder," why the changing of the accountong methods"? Sounds like bureaucracy at its most ficticious! Why change something that is working, unless it's not working?!?! I understand not being perfect, as we all are humans, but these people have gone to school to do this job! If they can't agree on one accounting method, then where do we stand as ordinary citizens? "Deceived"? An ISO type of system would definitely help, if not answer the problem!!! How do we the "un- represented" go forth??? I whole heartedly agree!!!
